By using MyAngelito's website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What We Provide

MyAngelito provides facility management scheduling and communication tools, including automated SMS reminders and forms, to help businesses coordinate tasks across their locations and team members. We are a software/service tool — we do not manage, supervise, or guarantee the performance of your staff, contractors, or locations.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do our best to keep the Service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee that:

• Messages will always be delivered on time or at all (this can depend on carriers, phone providers, or factors outside our control)

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available 100% of the time

• Using the Service will produce any particular business result, cost savings, or outcome

You use the Service at your own risk, and results will vary.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information for yourself and anyone you ask us to message

• Obtain proper consent from anyone whose phone number you submit for SMS reminders (you are responsible for confirming they agreed to receive texts)

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

• Not use the Service to send spam, harassment, or anything illegal

You are solely responsible for the content of the messages, forms, and schedules you set up through the Service.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for the Service, if applicable, will be communicated to you directly. Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MyAngelito, its owners, and team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, missed messages, or business interruption — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services we rely on (such as SMS carriers, Twilio, Google Sheets, or Google Forms) that are outside of our control.

6. Indemnification

You agree to hold MyAngelito harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights (including sending messages to people who didn't consent to receive them).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We'll post the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
